How to Care for Your Facades

With proper care, your facades can maintain their original appearance for many years.

Daily Cleaning

For daily cleaning, use a soft cloth dampened with warm water and a few drops of neutral detergent. Dry immediately with a dry cloth.

Avoid:

• Abrasive or chlorine-based products


• Steel wool or rough scouring pads


• Pure alcohol or acetone


• Ammonia-based cleaners

Care by Material

Lacquered MDF

• Clean with a soft damp cloth


• Do not use abrasive products


• Dry immediately to avoid water marks

Melamine

• Low-maintenance material


• Clean with damp cloth


• Persistent stains can be treated with baking soda

Solid Wood

• Apply wood oil or wax every 6-12 months


• Avoid direct sunlight exposure


• Keep away from direct heat sources

PET

• Clean with microfiber cloth


• Use cleaners specific to glossy surfaces

Prevention Tips

• Use felt protectors on hinges


• Open and close doors gently


• Keep the kitchen ventilated


• Check hinges every 6 months
